Rand Farm Park – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all admissions, memberships, passes, tickets, bookings, events, experiences and purchases made with Wartton Ltd trading as Rand Farm Park ("Rand Farm Park", "we", "our", "us"). By making a booking or purchasing a ticket, membership or pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments to Standard Admission Bookings

If you created an account at the time of purchase, you may amend the date of your entire booking free of charge up until 10:00am on the date of your visit through your online ticketing account.

If you are unable to amend the booking yourself, a member of the Rand Farm Park team may assist via email or telephone. A £3.50 administration fee will apply to staff-assisted amendments.

Amendments cannot be made after 10:00am on the day of your booking. This includes requests made by email, telephone or social media.

If a suitable alternative date is unavailable, Rand Farm Park may, at its discretion, issue a digital gift voucher equal to the value of the booking excluding booking fees. Such vouchers will be valid for three months from the date of issue.

Failure to attend without amending your booking before 10:00am on the day of your visit will result in the booking being forfeited and no refund, credit or voucher will be issued.

Amendments to Capacity-Limited Events

For selected events with strict attendance limits, including but not limited to Rand Festival, The Real Christmas Experience and selected special events, the following terms apply:

• Amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the booking.

• If you created an account at the time of purchase, you may amend your booking online, subject to availability.

• Staff-assisted amendments are subject to a £3.50 administration fee per transaction.

• Where no alternative date is available, Rand Farm Park may, at its discretion, issue a digital gift voucher equal to 50% of the booking value excluding booking fees. Such vouchers may be restricted to the same event.

• No amendments, cancellations, refunds, vouchers or credits will be issued within 24 hours of the booking start time.

Summer Pass 2026 Terms

The Summer Pass 2026 is valid for unlimited daytime admission between 23rd July 2026 and 1st September 2026 inclusive during standard daytime opening hours only.

Summer Passes are valid only for the named individual and are strictly non-transferable.

No physical pass will be issued. Your booking confirmation and barcode act as your Summer Pass.

Summer Pass holders are not required to pre-book visits unless specifically requested by Rand Farm Park.

Summer Passes are not valid on 7th, 8th or 9th August 2026. Admission on these dates requires a valid Rand Festival 2026 ticket.

Summer Passes do not include admission to separately ticketed events, evening events, early morning experiences, educational sessions, workshops or private events.

Unlimited visits are permitted during the validity period.

The final valid day for use is Tuesday 1st September 2026.

No refunds, credits, extensions or compensation will be issued for unused visits, attraction closures, event cancellations, weather conditions, illness, holidays or any other circumstance affecting use of the pass.

Rand Farm Park reserves the right to request identification and may refuse entry if a pass is being used by anyone other than the named holder.

Fraudulent use may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Rand Festival Terms

Rand Festival tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified at the time of purchase.

Artists, tribute acts, performers, attractions, activities, entertainment schedules and advertised content are subject to change without notice.

No refunds, credits or exchanges will be offered due to changes in performers, schedules, attractions or event content.

Admission may be refused to anyone appearing intoxicated, behaving aggressively, carrying prohibited items or acting in a manner likely to affect the enjoyment or safety of others.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

Camping, motorhome and festival wristbands remain the property of Rand Farm Park and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.

Lost wristbands will not be replaced.

Visitors may be searched on entry. Refusal to cooperate may result in refusal of admission.

Rand Farm Park reserves the right to remove any person from the event without refund where behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, threatening or inappropriate.

In the event of severe weather, technical issues, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, Rand Farm Park reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel any part of the event without liability.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without notice before purchase but will not change after a booking has been confirmed.

Booking fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets, memberships, passes, event tickets and experiences are non-refundable except where required by law.

No refunds will be issued for adverse weather conditions, attraction closures, changes to advertised content, partial event operation, animal welfare decisions, visitor illness, travel disruption or circumstances beyond Rand Farm Park's control.

Online Booking

Tickets purchased online may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer unless specifically stated.

Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, transferred for commercial gain or used in competitions without prior written consent.

Entry may be refused to late arrivals where operational requirements prevent admission.

Booking confirmations should be retained and presented upon request.

Membership Terms

Memberships are valid only for the named individual(s) and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Membership benefits may be amended, withdrawn or replaced without notice.

Memberships do not guarantee admission to separately ticketed events.

Fraudulent use may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Rand Farm Park reserves the right to amend opening dates, opening times and operating schedules without notice.

Lost or damaged membership cards are subject to a £5.00 replacement charge.

New Arrivals on the Farm

While we may advertise anticipated births, hatchings or animal experiences, no live birth, hatch or animal interaction can ever be guaranteed.

Animal welfare will always take precedence over public access.

Photography and Filming

Photography, videography and CCTV recording may take place throughout Rand Farm Park and at special events.

By entering the site, visitors consent to the use of images or footage in which they may appear for marketing, promotional and editorial purposes without compensation.

Visitors who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify a member of staff upon arrival.

Dogs

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted on site.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Rand Farm Park's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant booking, ticket, membership or pass.

Rand Farm Park accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought onto the site.

Force Majeure

Rand Farm Park shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, disease outbreaks, animal welfare requirements, government restrictions, utility failures, industrial disputes, terrorism, war or acts of God.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
