Terms and Conditions: Amendments to Bookings

If you are unable to attend your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email or amend the date through your online ticketing account.

• We will make every effort to accommodate your request to reschedule, subject to availability.
• Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice or to amend your booking through your account within this timeframe will result in the booking being forfeited without compensation

 

Rand Farm Park – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, memberships, and visits made to Rand Farm Park. By confirming your purchase, you are accepting that these terms form the basis of a contract between you and Wartton Ltd. trading as Rand Farm Park ("Rand Farm Park").

 

If you created an account at the time of purchase, you may amend the date of your entire booking at no additional cost up until 10:00am on the date of your visit through your online account.

If you are unable to amend the date yourself, a member of the Rand Farm Park team can assist you via email or telephone. Please note that a £3.00 administration fee will apply for amendments made with staff assistance.

Amendments cannot be made after 10:00am on the day of your booking. This includes amendments requested via email or phone—please be aware that the Rand Farm Park team are unable to process any changes after this time.

If, for any reason, a member of the Rand Farm Park team is unable to amend your booking to an alternative date, a digital gift voucher will be issued to you for 100% of the booking total, excluding any booking fees, which will be valid for three months.

Failure to attend without amending your booking prior to 10:00am will result in your ticket being void and non-refundable.

 

Amendments to Bookings for Capacity-Limited Events

For certain large-scale events with strict capacity limits—such as, but not limited to, Rand Festival and The Real Christmas Experience—our standard amendment policy is superseded by the following terms:

• Amendments or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your booking. For example, if you have booked for 23rd December at 10:00am, any changes must be made by 10:00am on 22nd December.
• If you created an account at the time of purchase, you may amend your booking date yourself through your online account, subject to the 24-hour notice requirement.
• If you are unable to amend the booking yourself, a member of the Rand Farm Park team may be able to assist via email or telephone. An administration fee of £3.00 per transaction applies for staff-assisted amendments.
• If no alternative date is available, a digital gift voucher will be issued for 50% of your booking total, excluding any booking fees. This gift voucher will be redeemable only against the same event or experience.
• No amendments, cancellations, or gift vouchers will be issued within 24 hours of your booking's start time, regardless of circumstances.

 

Your Commitment to Us

When you confirm your purchase, you agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rand Farm Park.

A contract does not exist until your order has been received, accepted, and paid for in full. Upon receipt of cleared funds, your booking becomes binding.

 

Prices

Prices are quoted in UK Sterling and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. No surcharges will be added after purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to the completion of your transaction.

All payments are processed via our secure payment gateway, and we accept most major credit and debit cards.

 

Online Security

To ensure a secure transaction, your card details will be encrypted on a secure server. This minimizes the risk of third-party interception during the transaction process

 

Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer cash refunds for any tickets purchased. Amendments or voucher issuance are handled as described above.

 

Online Booking

• Tickets purchased online may not be combined with other offers.
• Tickets may not be resold.
• Entry may be refused to late arrivals.
• Offers and discounts are subject to availability and may only be available online.

Please bring your booking confirmation or reference number on the day of your visit.

 

Membership Terms

• Memberships are valid for the named individual only and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Rand Farm Park reserves the right to change opening times/dates without notice.
• Lost or damaged cards are subject to a £5 replacement fee.
• Memberships must be presented to gain entry.
• Fraudulent use may result in membership cancellation without refund.

 

New Arrivals on the Farm

Welcoming new life is a special part of Rand Farm Park. While we may provide estimated timeframes for births (e.g., lambs, piglets, kids, chicks, donkey foals), live births cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of animals.

Some births may occur outside public hours or in private areas to ensure the safety and welfare of the animals. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Limitation of Liability

Rand Farm Park’s liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the price paid for the goods or services.

This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, as defined under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Rand Farm Park is not liable for any failure caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, flood, war, or internet outages.

 

Severance

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.

 

Dogs Policy

Only assistance dogs are permitted on-site at Rand Farm Park.
