How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number

When you arrive, please present your ticket on either your smart phone or present a printed copy.  If you don’t have a smart phone or a printer, please make a note of the Booking Reference Number which you will receive on your ticket when you book online

Do you issue refunds?

We do not issue cancellation refunds but will honor tickets for future dates on a case by case basis. Call us on 01673 858904 for further information

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and a Booking Reference Number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number

Where do I go upon arrival?

Simply bring your DigiTicket to the Main Entrance for admission to Rand Farm Park

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit Booking Reference Number – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID or show the ticket on a Smart Phone

What time should I arrive?

General admission tickets are valid from 10:00 until closing time (see website for details.) We recommend you begin your visit as early as possible to give you enough time to enjoy all of the facilities. Event specific tickets will carry their own entry times

Is Car Parking available?

Yes, we offer free car parking at Rand Farm Park

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, Rand Farm Park is fully wheelchair friendly. We also have a selection of wheelchairs for customer use: please telephone us on 01673 858904 to arrange ahead of your visit

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.

Yes, online tickets are available to purchase at any time

Do you have restrooms available?

Yes, we have multiple toilet blocks on site
