The Real Christmas Experience
Available on weekends and school holidays, The Real Christmas Experience is a truly magical 1.5–2 hour journey filled with festive wonder and unforgettable family memories.
Your adventure begins at Sugarplum HQ with Chip and Sparky before joining Jingle in Merryjingle’s Music School for a singalong of your favourite festive tunes. From there, wander through the spectacular 3D Enchanted Forest with Oakley, meet Santa’s real reindeer, and create magical reindeer feed with Huff in Graindeer’s Stables. The journey continues at the Sorting Office, where you’ll help Postie organise presents, before visiting Santa himself in his cosy grotto to choose a special gift from his Secret Toy Shop.
No Christmas experience would be complete without the smell of freshly baked gingerbread, and in Mrs Claus’ Kitchen you’ll have the chance to decorate your own biscuit. Afterwards, join Ginger and Pepper in Elf Academy for laughter, games, and festive fun.
For those wanting an extra sprinkle of Christmas magic, you can toast marshmallows over an open fire for a small additional charge, or head into our Make a Bear Workshop to create your very own cuddly companion to take home. (all charged additionally)
Alongside The Real Christmas Experience, you’ll also enjoy all the winter favourites of Rand Farm Park, including indoor and outdoor play, meeting our friendly animals, and hands-on experiences such as bottle-feeding and small animal handling.
