Our parties can be booked at weekends and during school holidays. Great for school children and young ones alike. Let us do all the hard work so you can enjoy the party without the pressure and the mess!

Here are some of the details you need to know before booking:

• Available party times are: 11.00am - 1:30pm, 12.00pm - 2:30pm and 2.00pm - 4:30pm Saturdays, Sundays, and school holidays.
• Each party lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Stay as long as you want after your party
• Parties require a minimum of 8 paid for children.
• Each party child receives:
  Admission to Rand Farm Park and use of all the facilities
  Free admission for 1 accompanying parent.
  The birthday child can have 2 parents free of charge.
  Hot or cold birthday meal
  Private ‘meet the small animals’ session
  Exclusive tractor ride

Each party booking includes:

• exclusive use of your party room
• a private party host for the duration of your party to welcome your guests with you and ensure the smooth running of your party.

Extras included in the Mega Bash Package:

• Party invitations
• Birthday Cupcake Tree with Sparkler
• Bag of animal feed for every child
• Party bag for every child
• Birthday badge for the birthday child

Other useful info:

• A party room will be allocated after booking depending on your expected party size.
• If you are unsure of your final guest number, please book for the minimum 8 children and then add additional guests nearer the time.
• Final numbers must be confirmed, and additional guests paid for at least 5 days prior to party date when we telephone you
• A complete guest list, with your party meal choice, will be required 5 days prior to the party date
• Please make us aware of any allergies/dietary requirements at least 5 days prior to the party date
• You are welcome to bring decorations to add to your party room, however, please refrain from using any pins or nails on the walls.
• Reductions in numbers are unable to be refunded, however names on the guest list can be changed.
• Any additional adults are charged at £9.95 each.
• All party packages are non-refundable but are transferable up to 48 hours prior to your party

Every party includes the following –

• Admission to Rand Farm Park and use of the facilities
• Private tractor ride
• Private ‘meet the small animals’ session
• Birthday meal
• One adult FREE of charge per paying party guest and two parents for the birthday child

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your party is due to start to meet your hostess when you will receive your bespoke timetable of exclusive activities for the party

There is no limit to the time you spend at the farm but we would encourage you to visit the Large Animal Barn, "meet the small animals" and enjoy your exclusive tractor ride before the party food and birthday cake/cupcake tree are served leaving lots of time then to play in the Indoor Adventure Playbarn, Outdoor Adventure Playground, Air Cannon Arena, Go-karts, Crazy Golf etc. until you decide it's time to leave.
